Off-topic slightly but let's not forget Aristophanes' depiction of Euripides (and the shave he gives to another character in order to pass as a woman) in the Thesmophoriazusae... Or generally most of Aristophanes' plays that involve women taking over in one way or another, as well as men crossdressing (either on purpose or by accident, like Praxagora's husband in Assemblywomen who can't find his clothing in the morning and slips his wife's dress on instead).
